Perform two times a day with a ten second break between exercisesin the morning and evening.
Week 1 Until Week 6Make a fist: Extend fingers before mak-ing a fist. If unable to make a full fist, use other hand to bend fingers as far as possible. 5xs 10 repetitions
Windshield wiper: Palm of the hand flat on table. Slowly slide to right and left. 5xs 10 repetitions
Keep elbow at your side, slowly turn hand palm up and back down. 5x 10 repetitions
Reach hand above head as far as possible. 1x 10 repetitions
Rest hand at edge of table: Slowly move hand towards you: (a) flexion, (b) extension. 5xs 10 repetitions1 2

Use other hand to flex and extend wrist1 2
