Dear Friends of Kline Galland,
Over a decade ago, I joined the Kline Galland Board of Directors. I have been honored to serve our residents, staff and community in a varietyof roles as Kline Galland has taken the lead in shaping the future ofsenior care.
The evolution of Kline Galland has been extraordinary. I am extremely proud of all that we have accomplished together. Today, Kline Galland isa full-service provider (not just a nursing home located in Seward Park) meeting the needs of seniors as never before:
• We serve over 15,000 residents, patients & family members a year • We have the largest Rehab Transitional Care Unit in Washington • We have over 60 community partners referring patients • We created the State’s only hospice within a Jewish context • We are committed to being the region’s most comprehensive senior care organization inspired by Jewish values
As I look around, I see changes in the way all of us are aging. It hasbeen a gift to be able to give back to a non-pro�it that provides suchcompassionate and quality care to our grandparents, aunts, uncles,friends and, ultimately, parents.
In just a few weeks, I will pass the gavel to Brian Quint. While I won’tmiss the meetings, I will miss the people. They are truly exceptional.Suf�ice to say, next to my beloved wife Diane and family, my heartbelongs to Kline Galland. And for good reason.
