ConclusionSome indicators of WUR seem to be
artificially manipulated.Reputation surveys seems to be
‘natural’.Indicators related to citation cannot be
‘natural’.However, we believe that citation
indicators are statistical and scientific.Nevertheless, research IR practitioners
analyze WUR statistically, don’t they?
