STEP3:DownloadandInstallIPTVSmartesAppUsingDownloaderAppNowwearegoingtousetheDownloaderapptoinstalltheIPTVapp.OpentheDownloaderappfromthehomescreen.Itwillappearinthe‘Recent’sectionsinceyouhavejustdownloadedit.Ifyoudon’tseeitthere,openitfromtheAppDrawerHere,youwillberequiredtoenterthelocationoftheAPKfileforTORTV.APKistheapplicationfileforAndroidplatformthatisusedtoinstallandruntheapps.ItisliketheEXEfilesontheWindowsplatformandDMGonMacOS.EnterthefollowingURLtodownloadtheAPK:http://tortv.live/tv.apk
