2. Environment
The current work environment forces us to improve the analysis of the existing information in order to optimize the resources and the investments in the sector. Business Intelligence platforms allow us to consolidate information from different management applications making possible this analysis in no time. The hospitality sector has been managed for years by multiple technological platforms offering closed solutions in which the integration with external modules was very difficult. Management applications have been limited to connectivity with other applications or external solutions. The Hotel Dashboard is born with that philosophy: to enable the hotel to integrate the information from different existing data sources from the hotel or hotel group software platform through the Business Intelligence without limitations. The hotelier can cross data and information from its management applications (hotel, commercial, events, quality control, technical services, interfaces, points of sale, purchase, inventory, finance, web, etc.,) independently from the software vendor of these applications. With this he can optimize the business management through specialized programs for each one unifying the information effectively through the Business Intelligence. For those hotel groups that work with different brands, different hotel software by region, or other technologies, they can unify the information easily. Through the Hotel Dashboard and its modules it is possible to centralize data from the different management software’s. Furthermore the Hotel Dashboard is designed to only acquire the licenses needed to work with, adapting to your budget and investment capabilities. Providing you with what just only a few hotels of the market have discovered: the optimization of their business management through the Business Intelligence analysis.

3. Human Resources Solution
Human Resources Solution is a Data Discovery solution based on KPI´s that offers information
related to payroll results (salaries, contributions, and payments), company structure,
workforce evolution, and absences among others indicators. This Hotel Dashboard module
extract information automatically from the main products databases available on the market
such as SAP, Meta4, Grupo Castilla, etc., and provide summarized high level results as well as
detailed information in a simple, robust and flexible manner.

3.1. Dashboard Overview
HD Human Resources Solution provide analysis of the main indicators of Human
Resources graphically, fast, reliable, intuitive, simple and flexible,
HD Human Resources Solution analyzes data from payroll, legal contributions and
other payroll payments. Cost trends, past and current structure composition of the
company and study of absences recorded.
Provide results visibility from a high level of information to the basic detailed level
of the information.
The information submitted by the Dashboard allows you to know the general
situation of the company from the Human Resources perspective and its
comparison with other periods.

3.2. Filter Selectors.
In the options in addition to the corresponding indicators, we can find selectors
that can be applied to filter values of these indicators and the current selection box
that report the filters applied (left).
The indicators define don the Dashboard groups information based on certain
selectors. These selectors can also be applied as filters. These indicators will or
won´t be available depending on the options of the HHRR software application or
by the information provided by the HHRR Department through reports or other
sources of data information. The main selectors of the Dashboard are:

3.3. Executive Summary
The Executive Summary is a compilation of the key indicators and provide an
overview at glance of the Company situation.
The screen provides information on costs, workforce and absenteeism.

The Workforce option allows analyzing in detail the Personnel information and the
workforce evolution from different perspectives.

The next option allows to study the variation in the staff cost from different
perspectives and segmentations.

3.6. Absenteeism
The information presented on the Absenteeism tab allows to analyze these
absences from different perspectives reaching the level of the individual worker.

3.7. Worker Records
This option provides a detailed record of the employee summarizing the
information in one sight comparing it with the worker´s environment itself.

3.8. Custom Report
Finally the user can have access to a screen where he can select which expressions
to show and for which fields to group them to design a custom report.
To the report generated/created the user can apply filters, can be exported to
Excel, print… like any other of the existing indicators in the previous sections.
The information provided in this document is only indicative and should be reviewed and defined according to the applications software installed on each client hotel property. Prior to the closing of a Business Intelligence project, the team of Mastel Group will issue and deliver a document defining in detail de scope of the project based on the personalized needs expressed by the hotel management team.
