Will cover structured interviews, information giving, informationgathering, breaking bad news & consenting for operations/procedures.Patient-centred clinical scenarios will be used to reflect the situations ineveryday practice; these scenarios will also be in line with what iscommonly tested in the exam. There will be opportunity for everyparticipant to engage in a number of role-play scenarios.

Communication Skills for MRCS Part B/OSCE (27th February)

Will consolidate the trainee's understanding of the clinical consultationskills component of the exam, and aid the trainee's ability to performclinical examinations efficiently & present the findings to the examinerin a systematic yet concise manner.

Clinical Examination for MRCS Part B/OSCE (26th February)

Will provide the candidates with a sound understanding of applied anatomy,surgical pathology and a good working knowledge of general physiologicalprinciples/critical care and their application to surgical practice.

(25th February)Oral Examination for MRCS Part B/OSCE
