Over twenty years ago in 1990, there was no large scale international jewellery trade fair in Japan. Our company organised the 1st International Jewellery Tokyo (IJT), with the idea that it might help revitalise and promote the growth of the jewellery industry.
Further in 1997, we started the 1st International Jewellery Kobe (IJK), as our support for Kobe’s recovery from the Great Hanshin Earthquake.
Over the past decades, with your tremendous support, our company has continued our best efforts to focus on producing “exhibitions that generate profits for their exhibitors and visitors”. As a result, these two exhibitions have grown into prominent trade events in the world.
Since five years ago, we have been receiving requests repeatedly from many of the IJT exhibitors and visitors saying, “Please organise an event in autumn to help us target the Christmas and year-end sales seasons”, and “If Reed organises the event, we feel certain that you will succeed bringing many buyers from all over Japan and the world, and boosting the on-site sales.”
As the economy continues to be slow, these requests have got stronger. In response to such high expectations, our company has made the decision to launch IJT AUTUMN.
Since the establishment of our company in 1986, we have been working whole-heartedly and tirelessly towards our corporate goals – “producing trade fairs of substance” and “becoming a highly professional organisation that can guarantee the success of trade fairs”.
Through our hard work, we have accumulated tremendous know-how, with which we have driven all the exhibitions that we organise to achieve outstanding success. Our company now organises 75 different exhibitions a year, and is the largest exhibition organiser in Japan.
Our company will do our utmost to ensure that IJT AUTUMN – a trade fair for year-end sales season – will be a remarkable success. We look forward to your continuing support.
To ensure the success of IJT AUTUMN, a team comprising the strongest members is
put together. They will fully apply their high motivation and expansive know-how to
fulfill the expectations of the industry.
