Fire Fighting System – SJBP ♦ The existing foam storage tanks and eductors system will be
removed and replaced with new skid mounted dedicated fixed foam/water spray deluge system for Truck Loading Rack No. 1 and for Truck Loading Rack No.3.
♦ New fixed fire water monitors, connected to the existing fire main by underground pipework will be provided in the LPG Loading Rack Area.
♦ A new live hose reel, connected to the existing fire main will be provided at the LPG Loading Rack Area.
♦ The existing fire hydrant close to the existing foam tank for Lading Rack No.1 to be relocated.

Emergency Isolating Valves - SJBP ♦ Emergency isolating valves (EIVs) shall be ball valves to
API6D, qualified “Fire-safe”. Each valve shall be equipped with an air operated actuator. Actuators on valves located in fire hazardous areas shall be enclosed in a fire proof removable blanket designed to provide a minimum of 20- minutes fire protection.
♦ Each EIV shall be provided with a local shutdown panel which has dual solenoids valves to open/close the valve plus a test facility. This will allow the operation of individual EIVs to be tested without affecting the remainder.
♦ Existing instrument air lines are to be extended, where necessary, to provide instrument air supplies to the testing panels.
