What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is defined as an altered state of
consciousness where your logical, analytical faculties
(left brain) are reduced sufficiently to allow deeperlevels of your subconscious mind (right brain) which
accepts suggestions readily and has increased
responsiveness to an idea or a set of ideas to producedesirable changes to in psychological and
