This Integrated Project Management Plan has been prepared for the Kamojang 5 Geothermal
Power Plant Project to define the roles of the different organiations in!ol!ed in the project and
to facilitate co"ordination between the #lient$ the #onsultant and the #ontractor$ in order toensure efficienc% and effecti!e management towards the completion of the Kamojang 5 Project$
respecting the budget assigned to the project$ according to the contractual specifications and
within the contractual time frame& 'pecificall%$ as stated in the Technical Proposal$ the Integrated
Project Management Plan aims to(

The project comprises the de!elopment of upstream 2steam field$ steam gathering and reinjection
s%stem3 and downstream 2geothermal power plant3 facilities& In addition the project will duplicate
the e-isting associated transmission line&
The steam produced will feed a new unit in the e-isting geothermal power plant& The unit will
ha!e an output capacit% of .0 M@& The output of Kamojang 5 Geothermal power plant will be

transformer$ switchgear$ au-iliar% electrical e4uipment$ instrument and control e4uipment$ related
ci!il wor8s& 'ome parts of the e-isting power plant$ such as for instance firefighting s%stem$

portal frames and reinforced concrete floors and foundations& It will be e-tended with the same

including re!ised documents$ to the appropriate personnel in a timel% manner& The computer"
based drawing trac8ing s%stem used on the project contains electronic transmittals which can beused to issue drawing transmittals&
6 s%stem for controlling and distributing engineering documents will be established to ensure that
the project is constructed in accordance with the most current design information and to minimie
unnecessar% rewor8& The project will de!elop detailed procedures that pro!ide a standard
approach for document control for the project& These procedures will be included in the 'ite

changes must often be made to issued design documents& 6lso$ it is often necessar% that the
re4uirements of the design be clarified or interpreted or that omitted design information be
obtained&
7ecause the construction organiation is not responsible for the permanent plant design$ the
interpretation and clarification of design information or the changing of design re4uirements will
be referred to the 1mplo%er<#onsultant or the *esign 1ngineer for resolution and appro!al& 1ach
project should therefore implement control mechanisms to ensure that an% changes$ clarifications$
and interpretations are ade4uatel% documented and appro!ed b% the 1mplo%er<#onsultant or
*esign 1ngineer and that design documents are not changed without written authoriation from
the *esign 1ngineer or the 1mplo%er<#onsultant& This documentation will not onl% facilitate
