About sparc-FMA International Lighting & Facilities Event sparc-FMA is an exciting new exhibition and symposium which brings together the lighting and facilities management industries. The strong synergies between these two industries will be on display in an event where lighting and facilities management products and services are co-located in one exhibition space at Sydney’s magnificent new International Convention Centre (ICC). The ICC is a new world class, purpose built exhibition and conference facility in the heart of Darling Harbour within easy reach of the CBD and adjacent to the Vivid Sydney festival.
sparc-FMA is owned and managed by Australia’s peak bodies for the two industry sectors - Lighting Council Australia and Facilities Management Association of Australia. This is an event by the industry, for the industry.
The organisers are confident sparc-FMA will be Australia’s largest and most significant event for the facility management and lighting industries. The target audience includes the lighting and facilities industries plus architects, specifiers, facility managers, designers, project managers, electrical engineers, contractors etc. Exhibitors will receive significant exposure in the lead-up to and during the event.
sparc-FMA continues the strong heritage of the three previous sparc International Lighting Events. The last sparc event successfully featured around 80 exhibitors, saw over 2,000 through the door of the exhibition and hosted a knowledge program which included four overseas and six local expert speakers.
sparc-FMA will feature a world-class symposium run concurrently with the exhibition with a similar calibre of speakers.
sparc-FMA will conclude with a Gala Dinner featuring spectacular entertainment at the ICC and sweeping views of Sydney during its magnificent festival of light, music and ideas.
sparc-FMA will once again coincide with Vivid Sydney. The Organising Committee is working closely with the organisers of Vivid to ensure the success of our event. Coinciding with sparc-FMA 2017 will be a number of international events and meetings.
sparc-FMA is implementing a dedicated marketing campaign including advertising, media relations, website exposure and direct mail. It is anticipated that sparc-FMA will attract considerable media attention. Sponsors will also have the ability to convey messages to influential contacts through a dedicated direct mail campaign.
