International meeting in Italy /international flower workshop
Study Visit to the botanical garden of Naples The delegation was guided by the expert botanist Mr Sibilio Giancarlo through the different areas of the garden, from the citrus orchard to the Experimental Section of Medicinal Plants and Plants cited in the bible. Particularly interesting was the areas devoted to epiphyte species included Tillandsia plants used for outdoor and decorative purposes. The nursery and the greenhouses, where numerous tropical and subtropical species are grown, were largely appreciated by the participants who learned the most advanced devices and techniques to preserve and safeguard rare species The group also visited the castle , currently Paleobotanic and Ethnobotanic Museum , whose building dates back to to the 16th and 17th century .

Flower composition realized by the learner of Acli association
Floristry workshop - vocational course led by the professional – Florist Gianluca Zito– who realized several bouquets of fresh flowers using different techniques. Each participant had to make own flower bouquet under the supervision and instructions of the florist . The participants were also involved in a second floristry workshop this time using the “ painting with flowers” technique , the same techniques used for the typical Italian “Infiorata, a form of true painting with flower petals,..... which requires attention , precision,patience and creativity . At the end of the training each country was asked to create its own final composition .It was a really motivating work which the partners appreciated a lot .
“Welcome to Euro Flora partners event “ an evening devoted to music ,and folk traditional dances (Tammuriata ) where local people took part .The dancers and the local people involved the group from different countries in dancing thus creating warm atmosphere and a strong intercultural dialogue
Workshop to Azienda Agricola vivaistica “Antonio e Costantino Costigliola “ a floriculture and plant propagation nursery enterprise, where plants are managed through various stages of production until they have grown to a saleable size. The enterprise is involved in the production and care of: evergreen trees, Mediterrenean spice plants seasonal and perennial flowers in particular geranium, petunia and verbena It also includes related services in plant conservation, landscape restoration, landscape and garden design construction /maintance- The agricultural agent Mrs Elisa Costigliola guided the group giving them information about Local trend flower market and techniques about plant propagation methods, plant nutrition and its management in nursery .The Partecipants also acquired knowledge of fertilizing and watering techniques
