Foreign Currency Transactions:
1. Q. When eZforex receives foreign currency from FI’s, do the
rates change once eZforex receives the currency several days
later?
A. No, as long as eZforex receives currency within 7 days
from the time the transaction is entered in eZforex, the FI is
credited the same amount
2. Q. What happens when an order is shipped by eZforex and UPS
or FedEx loses the package?
A. First call eZforex so that we can track the package.
Should the package indeed become lost, eZforex will ship a
second package at no cost to the FI. Should the package be
misdirected, eZforex will advise as to the shipment date.

3. Q. What are the cutoff times to receive currency the next
day?
A. Major currencies are shipped each day by 3:00pm ET.
Exotics take an extra day.
4. Q. How long can FI’s expect to receive credit from buyback
transactions.
A. Within 3 business days from eZforex’s receipt of the
currency.
5. Q. What are the wire and draft fees?
A. Zero, there are no fees when sending wires through
our partner Custom House
