What is Moulage ?
The ancient art of applying fake wounds to train EMS, Military Medical Responders, and numerous other fields of medical professionals.
This can consist of pre-made wounds being applied with spirit gum, all the way up to full body burns that can take hours to apply.

In a large bowl, mix together (2) 13 oz. petroleum jelly, (3) 16 oz.
solid cornstarch, 2-5 TBS liquid foundation (depending on color). You
don't want it too sticky or too dry. You can start out mixing it with a
spatula, but eventually will need to put on rubber gloves and get your
hands in it to get it mixed all the way through. It is easier to clean up
with paper towels, first, then try and wash your hands with soap and
water.
