• This is a numeric field• Defines a whole business entity

• Enter the name of the SAP user
• Users are Client-Specific – User identification on one
client will only allow access to that client on that server
• The user ID defines the rights the person logging on is assigned

alike– Can not begin with ? or !– Must be 3 - 8 characters– Can not use previous 5
