� JESG has been running since August 2011
� Primarily focused on the ENTSO-E development of European Network Codes
� Feedback on the JESG was provided by Stakeholders and presented at the September Meeting
� In addition, when setting up ECCAF there was a stakeholder request to ensure the a ‘broad information sharing’ forum was continued
� …but the Code Development landscape is changing

Terms of Reference
� In order to provide an effective information sharing forum for GB stakeholders, it is proposed to revise the
Terms of Reference for the JESG to include:
� Information on ENTSO-E Network Code development;
� Information on ACER Review of the Network Codes;
� Information on the Comitology process and
developments;
�Reports from ECCAF on GB Application of the European
Codes.

� The paper includes the proposed changes to the Terms of Reference in two formats:
� Annex 1: The proposed revised Terms of Reference for the JESG;
� Annex 2: The revised Terms of Reference for the JESG shown as a ‘change marked version’ against the current Terms of Reference.

� Comments on the draft Terms of Reference are sought from JESG members by 1 November 2013.
� The Terms of Reference will then be submitted to the:
