• Start with the assembly pieces.

• Drill a 1/8” pilot hole in the centre of the end cap.

• Insert the tire valve

• Prime and glue the 3” end cap onto the 24” x 3” air chamber.

• Prime and glue 3” connector onto 3” x 24” pipe as shown.

• Prime and glue the 1”x 3” bushing into the 3” connector. This finishes the air or firing chamber.

• Prime and glue the 2 1/2” x 1” PVC pipe into the bushing

• Prime and glue the 90º elbow onto the short pipe sticking out of the air chamber.

• Prime and glue a 2” x 1” pipe into the elbow

• Since this 90º elbow determines the alignment of the barrel to the firing chamber, be careful to prime and glue the non barrel side of the 90º and place into the short pipe that is already glued into the firing chamber.

• Prime and glue rotary bolt onto pipe from other valve.

• Prime and glue the 24” x 1” main first barrel into rotary bolt.

• Cut a 1” T in half length wise.

• Prime, glue and clamp the modified T to underside of the barrel.

• Prime both bottom of T and barrel where the T touches.
• Glue and lightly clamp.
• Please leave for a minimum of 12 hours for glue to cure.
• 24 hours is better

• Prime and glue 1” to 1 ¼” adapter bushing onto the end of 1” barrel.

• Prime and glue 1 ¼” connector onto adaptor.
