Coils is designed for the large volume of air at a low
pressure loss. Gas may be on tube or fin side. Special
materials may be used for temperature, pressure or
corrosion.
Application:

Combustion Energy Conservation.
Finned Tube Heat Exchanger consist of a shell & finned
tubes assembly. Fins are used to increase the effective
surface area of heat exchanger tubing. Finned tubes are
used when the heat transfer coefficient on the outside of
the tubes is appreciably lower than that on the inside; as
in heat transfer from a liquid to a gas, vapor to a gas, such
as steam to air heat exchanger, thermic fluid to air heat
exchanger. When an extended surface is needed on only
one fluid side (such as in a gas to liquid exchanger) or
when the operating pressure needs to be contained on
one fluid side, a finned tube heat exchanger may be
selected.
Applications of finned tube heat exchangers include
Steam air heater! steam radiator, Thermic fluid air heater
/ thermic fluid radiator, Hot water air heater! hot water

Tube Bundles are the most critical (and also the must
vulnerable) part of intercoolers, Aftercoolers & Oil Coolers
used in Reciprocating, Screw Compressors, Production
Machines of various types used in virtually all industries.
Our Tube Bundles are precision engineered to easily
replace Tube Bundles of existing Coolers, Condensers,
Heat Exchangers without any retrofit problems.
Replacement tube bundles for heat exchanger equipment
can be cunstructed for liquid or stem-t liquid application.
The bundles can be used for applications including
industrial processes and commercial water heating or
cooling. The tube bundle are built from 10 or 20 gauge
copper or cupronickel tubes, carbon steel, or brass tube
sheet.

Charge air coolers are specific heat exchangers that are used in
particularly stressful environments, such as on internal
combustion engines with turbochargers or superchargers. Charge
air coolers are located between the turbo charger and the engine
air inlet manifold. When the air is compressed by the
turbocharger or supercharger, it is also heated, which causes its
density to decrease. Cooling the combustion air by a charge air
cooler prior to sending it into the engine, the density of the air
increases which permits more air to enter the engine and
increases the power and efficiency of the engine.
Charge air coolers are basically manufactured in two types: "Air —
Air" (where the first and second fluid is air) and "Water — Air"
(where the primaryfluid is air and the secondaryfluid is water
Water-air heat exchangers where the primary fluid is air and the
secondary is water are manufactured in two main designs which
are the finned block and the shell and tube designs.

Sprey Type :
This type houses a set for spary nozzles which inject the water into
the air stream in the form of a fine atomized mist (by breaking the
water into fine particles we increase the surface area by multiple
folds for the same volume of water.) in this system, the water is in
direct contact with the airflow unlike the cellulose type systems,
when a single bank is provided (depending upon the efficiency
required) the spray in injected in the opposite direction of the
airflow, in a double bank systems, the banks are kept opposite to
each other. The entire plumbing is done with the help of galvanized
pipe. The pump can be located inside or outside the unit.
Cellulose Celdek Pad :
These are spacially treated criss-cross paper fills having a flute
angle for 45 °C the paper is secially prosessed with anti-bacterial
and anti-fungal treatment. This enhances life of the pad to
almost 4-5 years of trouble-free operation. The pump can be
located inside or outside the unit.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger are classified into fixed & floating
type Heat Exchangers. Fixed type Heat Exchangers are used where
there are absolutely no chances for inter mixing of two fluids.
In this type, the tube sheets are completely welded to the shell
and acted as shell flanges. The Floating type Heat Exchangers has
the advantages of removability of tube bundle and access for
cleaning both inner and outer side of tubes and shell.
U-Tube Heat Exchangers.
U-Tube heat exchangers are designed for durability and include a
removable tube bundle as a standard feature. The 'U'-bend tube
design provides a long service life by eliminating the effects of
thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-Wall, U-Tube Heat Exchangers :
Double-Wall tube (tube-in-tube design) heat exchangers are
designed for applications where it is critical that the system
prevent the mixing of internal fluids, i.e. potable water heaters.
