Making changes within Kronos Timekeeper will automatically update the HR/Payroll system. This will allow you to maintain your own personal demographic information

My Information
Kronos Timekeeper Home Page – this will take
you back to the page that you first access when
logging into Kronos
Employee Goals – not used at this time

Personal Information
Address and Phone – this is where you can access
your address and phone information to review or
update
Change Password – will allow you to change your
Kronos Timekeeper password
Emergency Contacts- this is where you can access
your current emergency contacts, from here you
can add or delete a current contact or update the
existing contact information

Reference
Personal Information – this is employment information
that includes Employee ID, Status, Position, Supervisor
and years of service
Paycheck Calculator – this will take you to an outside
website where you can estimate what your check will look
like after making specific changes, such as tax withholdings
or retirement deduction increases/decreases
IRS Calculator – this will take you to www.irs.gov and their
W4 calculator
Valic Homepage – this will take you to www.valic.vom
where you can logon and access your retirement accounts,
if you have set this up with Valic
2010 IRS Form W4 – this is will take you to www.irs.gov
and give you a printable version of a W4
To Make a Change to your
Address and Phone
Adding or Changing Address Information
Click Change next to address to change your existing address, enter your updated information then Save and Continue
Adding or Changing Phone Information
Next to Phone, you can delete or change the existing phone information or you have the option to Add new phone numbers. Enter the new phone number and phone type, make sure that one phone number is primary, save and close.
Select Emergency Contacts under
Personal Information
Adding or Changing
Emergency Contacts
From here you can add a new contact or update the existing information by selecting Change. Make necessary updates to names, addresses and phone numbers and submit .
