How To Make a Tie Blanket

1. Choose favorite Fleece Fabric 2. Wash fabric in cold water and lay flat to dry3. Lay out on large surface and smooth out wrinkles4. Cut fringe along blanket – 3 in. deep and ½ in. apart5. Tie fringes into single knots all around the blanket6. Pat yourself on the back! Great job!
