COLLINEAR VECTORSVectors are collinear if they lie on a straight line when arranged tail to tail. The vectors are also scalar multiplies of each other, which means that they are parallel.

All are examples of collinear vectors!!

REQUIRED BEFORE NEXT CLASS Review your notes for the whole chapter,

there may be a pop quiz tomorrow Read Section 6.3 and make notes Section 6.3 # 4, 11, 19, 21 Add me on Facebook, Peter Bishop, but be sure

to send a message along with it indicating which class you are in, and what section.

Join the Facebook group for Calculus and Vectors Write to me your e-mail, so I can send you an

invitation into dropbox, which will be used throughout the course.
