Walking just 30 minutes each day will
strengthen your heart and help reduce
high blood pressure.
A good strategy is to walk 10 minutes
in the morning, 10 minutes in the
afternoon, and 10 minutes in the

Ask a friend to walk with you, and then
you’ll have a partner to
help you stay motivated.

should purchase a home workout DVD.
P90X is a popular workout program
that is intended to be used at home.
In addition to exercise instruction, it
also provides a nutrition guide. Insanity
is a similar program.
