CAREER HIGHLIGHTSPeter has over 20 years of international experience covering oil refining, gasprocessing (including LNG), and petrochemical industries. His broad backgroundincludes capital project development during all phases of the project cycle anddelivering technical and strategic consulting services to a wide range of clients,including major and national oil companies, global energy traders, financialinstitutions, and national governments.

Peter began his career with Bechtel, where he was involved in various large scaleprojects. He then joined KBC Advanced Technologies providing initially processengineering solutions, before transitioning to longer term performanceimprovement programs for global oil refiners. Subsequently with KBC, then JacobsConsultancy, he has assisted a wide range of clients develop their downstreamcapital plans, as well as undertake project related technical and commercial duediligence. As a Study Manager, he has led numerous refining conceptual andfeasibility studies for grassroots, clean fuels, and upgrading projects in Europe, FSU,Middle East, Africa, and South East Asia.

During Peter’s career, he has also provided technical and project managementsupport to affiliates worldwide and was assigned to projects and positions inCroatia, Brazil, and Asia. In his previous role as a Group Manager, he wasresponsible for managing client relationships, effectively delivering strategic studiesand developing opportunities.

Since joining Baker & O'Brien, Peter has provided both dispute and advisorysupport for capital project and valuation related assignments.

In 2019, Peter achieved a Level 7 Certificate (Regulated Qualifications Framework,RQF, accredited at master's level qualification) for Legal Experience TrainingAdvanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE).
