INTRODUCTION
The technical documentation is part and parcel of the
vending machine and must always fol low the machine
in case it is moved or transfer of ownership, so as to
allow consultation by di fferent operators.
Before starting installation and using the machine, it is first
necessary to carefully read and understand the instructionscontained in this manual, as they offer important informationon installation safety, operating instructions andmaintenance.
This manual is divided into three chapters.
The first chapter describes the loading and routinemaintenance operations which are carried out in areas of themachine accessible with simple use of the door key, withoutusing any other tools. The second chaptercontains the instructions for correctinstallation and all information necessary for optimum useof the machine.
The third chapterdescribes maintenance operations whichinvolve the use of tools to access potentially dangerousareas.
The operations described in the second and third
chapters must be carried out only by personnel who
have the specif ic knowledge of the machine
functioning from a point of view of electrical safety
and health regulations.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE VENDING

USING THE VENDING MACHINE FOR
PACKAGED PRODUCTS
The machine can operate only as "slave", which means thatit has to be connected to a "master" machine (e.g. Brio 3,Colibr etc.) that can control its functions, since the reducedelectronics does not permit autonomous operation of thisvending machine. The various functions are programmed through the selection
keypad of the "master" machine, which must be of thenumeric combination type. All models are equipped with variable configuration trays, adding or removing dividers, spirals and ratiomotors; thereforethe machine can be easily suited to specific needs. All trays are preset for the operation up to 6 selections(maximum setting). The compartments are equipped with independent motorsand spirals; each selection will continue its operationautonomously even if the other selections are disconnected.
POSITIONING THE VENDING MACHINE
The vending machine is not suitable for outdoor installation. It must be positioned in a dry room where the temperatureremains between 5 and 32 C, and not where water jets areused for cleaning (e.g. in large kitchens, etc.).The machine can be used only in a bank with anothermachine that can control the "master/slave" function (e.g.Brio3 or alike). The same "master" machine can control a bank with twomachines operating as "slave".As a standard, the vending machine is complete with backspacers that can keep the minimum distance required toguarantee the correct operation of the cooling unit.
The right side must be min. 8 cm far from the wall to enablethe user to insert and remove the key from the lock. The leftside must be min. 2 cm far from the wall to enable the userto open the front of the unit by at least 90.If you wish to use the rear module of water self-supply, aminimum distance of 450 mm. must be arranged on theopening side of the module. The machine should be positioned with a maximuminclination of 2.
