Dear People of God, His Peace be with you! Our present circumstance calls for me explain and clarify the preventive measures and protocols that are in place. First and most important, our liturgical life continues here in our Parish in Hebbronville, even though we are not living in ordi-nary atmosphere. Our masses continue to be celebrated at the sched-uled times. Even though you can not physically be here, we encour-age you to continue praying and follow the mass on television or online. We want everyone to remain safe and healthy, therefore please follow the guidelines set by Bishop Tamayo. Celebrations have also been restricted, funerals will be at graveside only with immediate family, Baptisms also only immedi-
ate family. Let’s pray to God, with our entire faith and heart, to help us to be free from the Coronavirus. For God nothing is impossible. Please practice extreme health measures like washing your hands, do not to shake hands, embrace or kiss anyone. Please stay home. For God’s sake, stay home. Do not go out unless its indis-pensable. Call our office in case of any questions about our services in our parish. May God bless us and free us from any harm, especially the Corona Virus. Our Lady of Guadalupe, Pray for us! Yours, Fr. Evencio
Pope Francis’ Prayer to Mary during the coronavirus pandemic O Mary, you always shine on our path as a sign of salvation and of hope. We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick, who at the cross took part in Jesus’ pain, keeping your faith firm. You, Salvation of the Roman People, know what we need, and we are sure you will provide so that, as in Cana of Galilee, we may return to joy and to feasting after this time of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform to the will of the Father and to do as we are told by Jesus, who has taken upon himself our sufferings and carried our sorrows to lead us, through the cross, to the joy of the resurrection. Amen. Under your protection, we seek refuge, Holy Mother of God. Do not disdain the entreaties of we who are in trial, but deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen
