• The Leasing Evaluation - after class on Leasing

Demonstration.

• Select three comparable or competitive properties.

• Take forms with you, but do not complete them in office

– save them for when you return to your vehicle. ~

Step by Step Completion• Part II – Comparable Community Information, complete

after shop, use info from brochure obtained at showing,

& call back to complete missed info via a market survey.

• Part III – Rent Analysis, complete grid and include your

subject property. ~

handwriting and place in a folder.

• Prepare for oral presentation, [Insert your affiliate’s

• Please use fictitious names when sharing information
