METSO FULLY MOBILE TRACKED CRUSHING & SCREENING PLANT

Manufactured in 2007, this plant comprises four tracked, self-powered components and
is partcularly suited to a hard rock crushing duty. It is capable of producing up to 350 TPH
of sized crushed aggregates to suit the user’s requirements. It comprises of the following;
1. Lokotrack LT 125 mobile primary jaw crusher, 6,300 hours worked with the
following components;
(a) Hardox lined feed hopper with folding sides for transportaton and vibratng
grizzley feeder to remove fnes from the raw feed.
(b) C 125 Jaw Crusher with 1250mm X 950mm (49” X 37”) feed opening and
hydraulically adjustable closed side setng.
(c) Hydraulically operated rock hammer with boom to reduce oversize feed.
(d) Discharge conveyors, 8.0 metres (26 f) long side conveyor and 11 metres (36
f) forward delivery conveyor with over-band magnet.
(e) Water spray dust suppression system with water pump.
(f) Unit powered by Caterpillar C13 engine and 71 KVA generator.
(g) Central lubricaton system and radio remote control.
2. Lokotrack LT300GP secondary cone crusher, track mounted with 4,800 hours
worked, with the following components;
(a) 5 Cubic meter (6.5 cubic yard) feed hopper
(b) Vibratng feeder, type TK 12-32-2V, to regulate and control feed to,
(c) GP 300 Metso cone crusher to receive 0-150mm crushed material from the LT
125 and reduce to 0-60mm.
(d) Forward discharge conveyor to feed tertary crusher.
(e) Unit powered by Cat C 12 engine with automated controls.
(f) Unit mounted on rubber tracked chassis.

3. Lokotrack LT300GPB tertary cone crusher, track mounted with 5,100
hours worked, with the following components;
(a) H10-17 Climbing troughed conveyor providing feed to,
(b) B3100T 3 deck vibratng screen to separate oversize and undersize
material, - user’s choice of split size.
(c) H10-8 Discharge conveyor feeding oversize material to tertary cone
crusher and
(d) H6.5-6 side conveyor to stockpile undersize material.
(e) Metso GP300C tertary cone crusher to receive oversize material and
reduce to -20mm aggregates.
(f) Forward discharge conveyor, H12-9, to feed -20mm crushed
aggregates to fnal screen.
(g) Unit powered by C 15 ATACC diesel engine with 71KVA generator and
automated controls.
(h) Unit mounted on tracked chassis with ‘dog lead’ controls.
4. Final sizing screen, Metso ST 620 3 deck tracked screening unit, with
4,600 hours worked and comprising of the following;
(a) H12-11 Feed Conveyor to screen to feed material from tertary
crusher.
(b) Metso DS 303 3 deck vibratng screen, 1.8 metres X 6.0 metres (6f X
20f) providing four sized material to user’s choice.
(c) H12-9 forward discharge belt to stockpile fnes material.
(d) H8-8 Side discharge conveyor for frst sized material.
(e) 2 no H6.5-8 side discharge conveyors to stockpile a further two sized
materials.
(f) Unit powered by Caterpillar 6.6 diesel engine.
(g) Unit mounted on tracked chassis with ’dog lead’ controls.
