Who will support you?
Mentor: To support, guide and monitor day to day performance and ensure variety in workload, develop flexibility and demonstrate right behaviours in line with company values. The mentor will also be required to provide feedback to the manager on a monthly basis.
Manager: To support and guide your overall performance and to provide formal regular feedback in a structured way.
Senior Manager: Formal review of performance with all information from
reviews with manager discussed.
HR/Trainer: To support the Manager / Senior Manager with the formal meetings and to monitor that all parties are carrying out their responsibilities.
