REFLECTIONS
Day 1: I respect myself, affirm others and avoid uncaring criticism, hateful words, physical attacks and blame.
Day 2: I share my feelings honestly, while looking for safe ways to express my hurt and anger. And I listen to what others have to say.
Day 3: I apologize and make amends when I have hurt another. I forgive others and keep from holding grudges.
REFLECTIONS
Day 4: I treat the environment and all living things, with respect and care, and promote environmental concern.
Day 5: I play creatively, encouraging games that support good values and discouraging activities that promote violence.
Day 6: I am courageous. I prevent, resolve, and contain violence whenever I encounter it.
