3. SPIRITUAL WARFARE: HBestrongin the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the fullarmor of God so that you can take your stand againstthe devil's schemes... " (Ephesians 6:12). The Bible reminds us that there are negative spiritual forces that canexert a controlling influence in our lives and diminishour capacity to be free, open and loving people. The Biblealso reminds us that we have been given authority to comeagainst the power of the enemy (Mark 16:17). Let's askthe Holy Spirit to make us wise and courageous in theuse of that power.
At times in your life you may have inadvertentlyopened your spirit to some of those influences. It's timeto close those doors. It is important when we pray toplace ourselves specifically under the Lord's protectionand take authority over any powers of evil. (This hasalready begun, because praise is one of the most powerful weapons against the enemy.) (5 minutes)

Heavenly Father, I come before You in praise,worship and adoration. Thank You for sendingYour Son Jesus to give me life, to give me forgiveness, to give me a place in Your family.Thank You for sending the Holy Spirit to guideme and empower me in my daily life. HeavenlyFather, open my eyes that I may see Your greatness, Your majesty, Your victory on my behalf.
I place myself now under the cross of JesusChrist and cover myself with the Precious Bloodof Jesus. I surround myself with the light ofChrist and say in the name of Jesus that nothing

shall interfere with the Lord's work being accomplished in my life.
I put on God's armor to resist the devil's tactics. I stand my ground with truth buckledaround my waist and integrity for a breastplate.I carry the shield of faith to put out the burningarrows of the evil one. I accept salvation fromGod to be my helmet and receive the word ofGod from the Spirit to use as a sword (Ephesians6: 10, 11,14,16,17).
Heavenly Father please show me any way thatsatan has a hold of my life. I let go of all thoseways now. Any territory I have handed over tosatan I now reclaim and place under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
In the name of Jesus Christ I bind all spirits ofthe air, fire, water, ground, underground andnether world. I bind all forces of evil and claimthe Blood of Jesus on the air, the atmosphere,the water, the ground and their fruits around us,the underground and the nether world. In thename of Jesus Christ I seal this room and allmembers of my family, relatives, associates andall sources of supply in the Blood of Jesus Christ.In the name of Jesus Christ I forbid every spiritfrom any source from harming me in any way.
In the name of Jesus Christ I reject the seductive lure of evil in all its forms and refuse to letsin have dominion over me. I reject satan andall his works and all his empty promises. Heavenly Father, I ask forgiveness for myself, myfriends, relatives and ancestors for calling uponpowers that set themselves up in opposition to

Jesus Christ. I renounce all openness to the occult, all false worship and all benefits from magical arts. I renounce every power apart from Godand every form of worship that does not offertrue honor to Jesus Christ. I specifically renounce . (For example,astrology, fortune telling, crystals, tarot cards,ouija boards or any occult games, etc.) In thename of Jesus, I break any curses that may becoming against me or my family, and stop thetransmission of those curses through my ancestry.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I bind you spiritof . (Ask the Lord to reveal the name. Ifyou aren't sure about the name,identify it by its negative fruit: anger, unforgiveness, fear, insecurity, illness, trauma, etc.) I bindyou away from me now, in Jesus' name. LordJesus, fill me with Your love to replace the fear;fill me with strength to replace the weakness,etc. (After each command, ask the Lord to fillyou with the' 'positive opposite" of the negativity you removed: fear/love, illness/health,weakness/strength, etc.)
Loving Father, let the cleansing, healing waters ofmy baptism flow back through the generations to purifymy family line of contamination. Thank You, Lord, forsetting me free. " ... in all these things we are more thanconquerors through Him who loved us" (Romans 8:37).Spend a few moments in praise.
