December SOC Creative Redesign – The Standard of Care Active creative redesign will launch starting
with December Communications. The letter will be fully digital providing competitive advantages such
as customizable messaging and coupons for owners.
December Communications - Starting in December, 5, 8, 11 and 13+ mail and email communications will
feature Mopar Educational Videos. These videos will include quick service tips and the benefits of
servicing at an FCA dealership. Mail will include a new SMS text to view feature.
December Dealer Special Offers -During the month of December, if you are participating in the 3 Oil
Change (ECP23N, ECPS23N, EGC23N) or 4 Oil Change (ECP24N, ECPS24N, EGC24N) Service
Contract Offers, they will populate in 5 and 8 month communications. Owners who already have a
Mopar Vehicle Protection plan will not be sent these offers – but will be reminded to use their plan.
Trigger Emails - To further support efforts to drive owners into dealerships for service, additional
email communications are sent to targeted owners based on the following triggers: oil light, SOC ‘Get

Mopar is leading the way when it comes to informing millions of vehicle owners that they

A multi-faceted consumer awareness campaign was just unveiled, utilizing a new “Right to Request” video on choosing O.E. parts for collision repairs, which can be seen here. The
campaign is supported with a new collision repair guidebook that is being distributed to
independent repair shops and to FCA US LLC dealers.
The messaging is clear in both elements of the campaign: Consumers have the freedom to
choose O.E. parts to ensure a quality repair, and Mopar Parts are always superior for fit,

guidebook presents results of side-by-side testing of Mopar vs. aftermarket parts. And the
