Userguide for Applying Online via Graduate Admission System

Step 1
Click on Create a new account.
Step 2
Fill in all the required fields to create a new account.
Sign in to your account.
Click on Manage Applications.
Step 3

Click on Add New Application.
Fill in all the required fields and click on Save.
Step 4
Select the application(s) that you want to submit and click on Proceed to Step 2 of 6.
Click on Proceed to Step 3 of 6.
Step 5
Click on View Instructions before you proceed to complete the relevant sections at the menu for your online application.

1) Complete all the required sections as indicated in the red boxes. 2) Complete the other sections if they are applicable to you. 3) Referee Details are not required for M.Sc. applications. 4) After you have completed all the relevant sections, click on Manage Applications.

Select the application(s) that you want to submit online and click on Proceed to Step 2 of 6.

Click on Proceed to Step 3 of 6 to be directed to the Application Completeness Check.
Step 9
Check the Application Completeness Status to see if all the required sections are completed: 1) If yes, click on Proceed to
Step 4 of 6. 2) If no, proceed to complete
the outstanding section(s).
1) Complete all the fields. 2) Click on the Submit button. 3) You will receive an email notification after you click OK in the message box that pops out.
Step 10
1) If you are making an online payment for the application fee(s), click on Payment at the menu. 2) For those paying via cheque/bank draft, print out the Graduate Coursework Application Fee Form available in the Online Application Instructions. 3) If you are applying for more than 1 programme, click on Add New Application to repeat the steps taken for the previous online application that you have submitted.

Click to apply for another programme.

Click on Proceed to pay.
Step 12
Select the Programme and Payment Mode accordingly, and then click on Proceed to pay.
1) After payment, click on Manage Applications at the menu. 2) Click on Application Number to print out the Summary Form of your online application for each programme. 3) Send the Summary Form of your online application together with the required supporting documents as specified in the Online Applications Instructions before the deadline. 4) Congratulations! You have now completed the online application procedures! You will receive an acknowledgement email from us in due course. The email serves as a confirmation that we have received and processed your application set(s), and to notify you of the outstanding documents (if any) to be submitted.
