    Mission statement defines the organizations

    Mission statements are the starting points of anorganizations planning and goal setting process.

    Mission and purpose are used interchangeably

    though at theoretical level, but there isdifference.

    HOW IT SHOULD BE

    The mission statement of an organizationdescribes the purpose for which that organizationexist.

    Mission statement provide information and

    inspiration. It is a team work, so that the team should be

    properly trained.

    All individuals with in the organization should be

    treated with respect. Organization purpose or mission moves and

    guides towards goal.
