Definitions
Account: Unique customer profile including contact information, password/challenge question, username
Organization: Grouping structure of users, machines, data, preferences for a customer in JDLink, Field Connect, or MyJohnDeere.
Legacy Customer: Existing user account in the Stellar, JDLink or MyJohnDeere system prior to Aug. 2013.
Validated: Account state when email, password, and challenge question are confirmed to be associated with customer.
Relationship Type: Agreement between dealer and customer upon how to manage customer’s organization
Permissions: Data access and service capabilities shared between Organizations

Once customers/dealers go to JDLink.com the new MyJohnDeere.com login page will appear where he/she needs to insert his/her credentials, (forvalidated accounts the customer will immediately be redirected to theJDLink webpage).
Once customers go to their country specific Stellarsupport.com webpagethe new MyJohnDeere.com login page will appear where he/she needs toinsert his/her credentials, (for validated accounts the user will immediatelybe redirected to his/her country specifc Stellarsupport.com webpage).

This will occur ONE time, to ensure customers are in control of their credentials. Customers must validate their account again if email address changes.

After customers went through the validation process, they will be able to sign in with their Username and updated password and access their applications, machines and data knowing their account is secure.
They would only need to validate their account again if they change their email address in their account profile.

Machine/Terminal Retrieval Capabilities: Ability to transfer terminals back to dealership organization with notification sent to customer org admin.

Customers may set up agronomic permissions with non-
dealer Partners, this only includes the following permissions:

All of this can be done before any terminals or machines are
delivered to the dealership or to customer
It can be adjusted or edited at any time from the applications
When setting up the Partner, the customer will receive an email
with a link asking for approval of relationship, data/machine
permissions and capabilities

support the setup process
Dealer completes all requested permissions, relationship type, and accesses, system triggers email to
customer to login and approve selections
Dealer can perform services for pre-delivery setup yet still comply with the

The dealer will not gain access to production/agronomic data unless the
customer approves.

John Deere Location History What is John Deere Location History?
John Deere Location History enables all JDLink subcribers to
remotely monitor the productivity of their machines in the field
during opertation. User can monitor machine location, machine
state, fuel level, heading, and path based on last known vehicle
position. Location History uses the information gathered from the
machine to display the machines path on the map.

Getting Started in MyJohnDeere!
1. Sign in to http://myjohndeere.com with your username and

2. Select Operations Center from the My Solutions menu
