HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!June 4, 2013Bill and Lea Montgomery
Our guest speaker today is Janice Kiernan from Sulzbacher Center, a safe shelter. Janice is a board member & Senior Consultant Service for Excellence at Baptist Medical Center Beaches. The Sulzbacher Center provides comprehensive services for homeless men, women and children, from meals, shelter and health care to children’s programs, job placement assistance and life skills programs. The center’s Give a Good Night fundraiser features greeting cards for various holidays and other occasions featuring original artwork created by children living at the center. Printing and production costs are donated.
TODAY’S SPEAKER
Carl Krouch has hopes of being among the patients receiving a new drug undergoing tests for approval. Nancy Adams underwent successful surgery on 5/13, and will have follow up procedures at Mayo in a few days. She seems to be in good spirits.
Thank You Readers!
Alison Cacella and John Bates read to the preschool kids at Anders Park and Southwinds Head Start Programs.
