FunctionReports have 3 functions
1. Look back over a time frame to discover who still has unmet reminders
2. Look ahead and get a list of patients coming who need to have a particular reminder done
3. Get summary numbers on percentages of reminders unmet at a site

Access to Templates• CACs have access to all reminder reports and
templates• You can give other people access to certain
reminder templates• First, the CAC needs to assign the template(s)
to the users• Then the user will need access to this option- USR Reminders Due Report (User)
