touring programs have an armed security guard with them at all times. In addition, when in

regards to decisions concerning trip route, itinerary and lodging locations. While in Europe,
we consult with local security agencies and US consulates and embassies on a regular basis.
For all of our programs, we provide an updated phone message from the program director
available to you from our New York office. Each program is assigned a specific phone number
that you can call. In addition, in the event of any sudden changes, our program directors will
immediately update the hotline with their location and the progress of the program.
