Nierenstanzzylinder mit fokal-segmental extrakapillär pro-liferierender mesangioproliferativer IgA-GN sowie akutenTubulusnekrosen.
Semiquantitative Bewertung der Veränderungen bei IgA-Nephropathie: M1, S0, E0, T0
M = mesangiale Hyperzellularität, S = segmentale Glomerulosklerose,E = endokapilläre Hyperzellularität, T = Tubulusatrophie/intersti-tielle Fibrose
Aufgrund der morphologischen Läsionen ergibt sich ein niedriges Progressionsrisiko.
