NEW FEISTY AND DARING LOOK FOR IRON LYNX & IRON DAMES 2020 SEASON.

As the IRON LYNX team continues to prepare for his third season, it announce a brand new look for his liveries. Just like in previous years, the liveries of each of the five Ferrari has had a complete makeover and for this year the team has opted for strong colours to best represent its Brands nature and core values tenacity, audaciousness and instinct as well as the competitive spirit of the drivers.

Hublot, the luxury swiss watch company founded in 1980, shines proudly on the Ferrari 488 GTE and GT3 as it renews its partnership with the racing team for the 2020 European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup.

The new liveries have been designed in collaboration with Garage Italia, the Milan-based creative hub able to redesign the tailor-made concept developing projects, products and experiences for brands and private customers.

IRON DAMES Iron Dames is the unique project created and supported by Deborah Mayer with the aim of supporting female motoring, receiving the patronage of the prestigious FIA Women in Motorsport Commission (WIM) and, from 2019 it can boast to be the first female crew in history to race at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in a Ferrari.

Racing in the European Le Mans Series with the Ferrari 488 GTE and sporting the new design will be Manuela Gostner, Rahel Frey and Michelle Gatting.

The livery of the Ferrari 488 GTE that will race in the ELMS has a great visual impact with an equally strong meaning.

We find the logo identification symbol: the lynx on the front of the car that extends to the rear.

The visual is broken down to make the Iron Dames car even more aggressive, competitive and captivating.

Big news for the 2020 season will be the participation, for the first time in the history of the Michelin Le Mans Cup, of an all-female line-up led by Deborah Mayer, Ferrari Ambassador for women in motorsport, who will race alongside Michelle Gatting in one of the Ferrari 488 GT3.

Their cars will be showcasing the colours of the team’s black and magenta logo and for this particular car, the motif is decomposed: the rear of the car, features almost imperceptible and rarefied graphics whilst towards the front the texture becomes denser and clearer.

The visual game recalls the concept of speed and gives the car an aggressive and dynamic image. The graphic insert is the same as the racing suits and of the pits.

IRON LYNX The men’s IRON LYNX team personifies true grit and the new livery of the Ferrari 488 GTE is the perfect representation. Participating in the European le Mans Series driven by Claudio Schiavoni, Sergio Pianezzola and Andrea Piccini the Ferrari is customised in collaboration with Garage Italia.

The livery has a matt black base, designed by a yellow pattern: a strong reference to the lynx, symbol of the genesis of the brand. The pattern is deliberately decomposed to create a strong dynamism and make the car even more attractive.

The Michelin Le Mans Cup will see two men's lineups race, both of them driving a Ferrari 488 GT3.

The first line-up, made of Claudio Schiavoni and Andrea Piccini, will compete on a matt black Ferrari 488 GT3 with yellow customisation, the representative colours of the IRON LYNX brand.

Giacomo Piccini, the reigning champion, will team up with with Rino Mastronardi on the other Ferrari 458 GT3 and, after two consecutive titles in the Michelin Le Mans Cup, will aim for the hat-trick.

At first glance, the car's graphics are striking, catching the eye. At the rear of the Ferrari, a very dense texture that thins out to the front. It’s a game of colours that makes the racing cars even more aggressive and bold just like their Iron Lynx drivers.

The liveries are just the tip of the iceberg, emblem of a long and demanding winter preparation in view of the season.

In this difficult moment, with the championships on stand-by until new communications, the team and its drivers are ready and determined to face what, after the Covid-19 emergency is over, we all hope will be an exciting season of competitions.
