Summerisdefinitelyhereandmorethantheweatherhasheatedup.SARDAAisfocusingonwhatwilltrulymakeadifferenceinthetreatmentforpeopleaffectedbyseriousneuro-psychiatricillnesses.AlGuidaisguidingoureffortstomoveschizophreniaintotheappropriateclassificationasaneurological
disorder.ThismovewillinformeveryonethatschizophreniaspectrumdisordersarenotelectedanymorethanAlzheimer'sorParkinson'sdiseases,thereforepeoplerequiretreatmentnotincarcerationorhomelessness.
Weareplanninga2018scientificconferenceinHoustonthatwillfocusonthescientificevidenceofschizophreniaspectrumdisordersandtreatmentsavailableaswellasaSchizophreniaAllianceand
FamilyandFriendsSupportGroupsworkshop.
Thereissomuchtodoandinordertoaccomplishwhatisimportanttoyouandyourlovedone(s),weneedyourhelp.Fundingisrequiredforexpertstoresearchandguideus,traveltothelegislatorstorallysponsorsforwhatweneedtodoanddedicatedvolunteersareneededtoorganizeoureffortsandsupportourgroups.
