Dear Ms. Wright:
The revised label submitted for this product on January 10, 2012, is accepted under theprovisions of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended.The changes identified below should be made before labels are printed.
1. In the list of use sites in the second sentence of the "DIRECTIONS FOR USE" section,"Flower Crab" should be changed to "Flowering Crabapple"; and "Hawthorne" should bechanged to "Hawthorn".
A stamped copy of the label is enclosed for your records.
Submit two copies of final printed labeling before releasing this product for shipment under thelabeling accepted via this letter. Products shipped after 18 months from the date of this Notice orthe next printing of the label, whichever occurs first, must bear this revised label.
If these conditions are not complied with, this registration will be subject to cancellation inaccordance with FIFRA section 6(e).
