FINDING MOTIVATIONMotivation questions invite the person to 'step back' andreflect on what's behind their actions. Motivation questions

FINDING MOTIVATIONPRACTICE SESSION
In partnerships where you help your partner find out their
motivation values and vice versa.1. Ask what activity they enjoy doing. Note 3 or 4 aspects.2. For each aspect, ask, "What is important to you about about that?"3. Find the end values for each aspect.4. Eliminate each end value and ask if the person would still continuethe activity.5. Find the key motivation values.
