Purpose of Hearing: The Mahon/Leonard Family, located at 445 North Irving Blvd., LA, CA 90004 has filed a hardship exemption for a home renovation project that has been put on hold due to a newly introduced “Interim Control Ordinance”.
• The Mahon/Leonard Family has received 100% support from all of their abutting neighbors.
• The Mahon/Leonard Family has been working with Councilman Ryu and his team to obtain approval letters for this project from all of their 4 abutting neighbors by sharing their architectural design of the project.
« The Mahon/Leonard Family has also shared their architectural design of the project to 5 additional neighbors living on North Irving Blvd. with their 100% support.
• The purpose of this public hearing is to review the materials presented to the City of Los Angeles Planning and Land Use Committee in so that they review/ approve our Hardship case.
