Sensor Module:
1. Collect the following pieces
2. Assemble as depicted
Half axle pegs (x2)
3 length friction pegs (x4) (black or blue = friction pegs)
Light Sensor
Ultrasonic Sensor
half axle pegs
3 length friction pegs
Note proper
spacing

Motor Module: 1. Collect the following pieces
2. Assemble as depicted
3. Build another motor module, but as a mirror image of this one. Must be opposite so that both
sides of your robot has functioning motors.

Wheel Module: 1. Collect the following pieces
2. Assemble as depicted
Have at least 8 long axles
Pay special attention to how you
attach the bushings.
The side with more bushings should go
on the side of the hub with the deep
indent
15 hole beams
Friction Peg Friction Pegs
Make sure your bushings
are on correctly!!
Attach the 15 length beams
using the peg clip after your
hub and tread are in place

3. Build another wheel module, but as a mirror image of this one. Must be opposite so that both
sides of your robot has functioning treads.
4. Connect your motor and wheel modules by sliding the axles into the appropriate holes
Add other hub
Make sure your tread spins well

Final Construction: 1. Collect the following pieces
2. Assemble as depicted
15 hole beam
11 hole beam
9 hole beam
Friction pegs (x2)
Full Bushings (X2)
Add friction pegs to 15 hole beam and
attach the beam to the wheel bracket
Secure the motors together by
attaching the 9 hole beam
Secure the wheels by adding
the bushings to the axles
Add the 11 hole beam onto
the peg clips securing the
axles
Connect the sensor module
onto the 11 hole beam such
that the light sensors face
down
