WHAT WILL THIS PROJECT DO?
• Pave OR 38 from the U.S. 101 junction to Dean Creek.• Install streetlights and build new sidewalks and curb extensions along OR 38
in the downtown area.• Build concrete sidewalks along the west side of U.S. 101 from Port Dock Rd to 13th St.• Convert U.S. 101 between 16th St and 22nd St from four lanes to three, creating a
center turn lane, bike lanes, and more room for parking.• Install a flashing pedestrian beacon and curb extensions on U.S. 101 at 20th St.• Replace the traffic signal and build curb extensions on U.S. 101 at 22nd St.
