1. ICAP has been approved for Namthang Cluster, DPR compilation is in process

1. Soreng in West district has been identified as 3rd Cluster and the same has been approved
2. The fund for Planning and preparation of ICAP has been received by the department
3. The ICAP preparation will be taken up from April, 2018 onwards

Proposal for enhancing bank linkage for women SHGs
• 14 Bank Sakhis already deployed in old 07 blocks. The number will be
enhanced to at least 28 during 2018-19.
• MCP has been prepared for about 900 SHGs and all them are being
promoted to take-up Bank credits during the year 2018-19
• Flow of Bank Credit application started in 7 IBs
• Orientation of Block staff and Bank Sakhis on SHG bank linkage -done
• CBI,SBI (Lead Bank), SISCO (Co-op bank) are being regularly visited by
State and Block staffs to build a strong relationship for smooth Bank Linkage
for SHG’s.
• All 33 Bank Managers to undergo orientation and training in FY 2018-19
• CBRM has already been initiated for this FY 2018-19 during Sub-SLBC
Meeting on 14th Feb 2018 for branches across North and South District.
KEY PRIORITIES FOR NSAP
To create 100% Aadhaar Seeded database of the beneficiaries under the various sub-
schemes of NSAP by 2018 toenable Aadhaar enabled authentication system of the
beneficiaries.
To commence monthly disbursement of Pension/Allowances from the financial year 2018-
2019 though DBT under PFMS. At present the disbursement is being done on a bi-monthly
basis.
The Gram Panchayat in rural areas/ Ward Councillors in Urban areas shall be given
central role for identification and selection of eligible beneficiaries for grant of pension and
for submission of Life Certificate
The Aaganwandi Workers and Supervisor working under ICDS Cell shall continue to work
as “ Death Notifiers” for immediate reporting of death cases in the locality;
To formulate more Social Welfare Schemes so that the living standards of all the
economically weaker sections of the society is uplifted enabling them to create their own
sustainable livelihood without the support of the Government.

Procurement of Resource Recovery Vehicle (RRV) for all blocks

Initiate construction of Resource Recovery Centres (RRC) as
and when land is made available.
RRCs are functional at Melli-Dara GPU and Namthang block.
