(Proper safety precautions must be taken to ensure the safety of the public,
i.e. fencing, etc.)The Warden suggested
that a student/child (8-15 years) should perform the Ribbon Cutting since youth
represents our future. Perhaps a contest can be
initiated in the local papers requesting a few words on “What the Museum Means
to Me”. The Ribbon Cutting will be awarded to the winner who submits
