Güven Asa Olive Oil Factory was established in 2014 in the Gömeç
district of Balikesir. Since the establishment, this facility
continues to operate as Turkey's most modern olive oil factory.
Güven Asa Olive Oil has combined its facilities and infrastructure
with an understanding of quality and has seen the value it
deserves as a model enterprise in the industry.With the
importance it gives to customer satisfaction from the day it was
founded, it has become a brand of olive oil which is trusted for its
quality throughout the country in a short period of time.
Güven Asa Olive Oil Factory, which operates in 11.000 m² covered
facilities on a total area of 23.000 m², has a production potential
with 600 tons of olive squeezing capacity and 3000 tons of olive
oil storage area.
Güven Asa Olive Oils, have given a new dimension to the understanding of quality in olive oil production with the latest technology 2-phase "ecological" systems compatible with nature,
without compromising hygiene and quality.

water quality in production with Osmosis
treatment plant.

Olives entered into production in Güven Asa Olive
Oil Factory are subjected to double washing
process. Thus, in addition to clean production,
the remnants of medicines in olive grains are kept
to a minimum and a health-friendly production
mode is used.
Being aware of the important of olive oil production and storage conditions, Güven Asa Olive Oil Factory has a special protected and air-conditioned storage area, which is 7 meters below the ground, between 18°C - 22°C .
Thus, the freshness and quality of olive oil is maintained for a long time.
Güven Asa Olive Oil Factory performs all lling operations in automatic lling lines without touching. Completed operations are checked via quality control points.
Güven Asa, in the input audit of the authorized international certification bodies, which are in compliance
with the quality food safety policy it has at every stage of production from raw material to final product,
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 2200:2005 Food Safety Management System, BRC
(British Retail Consortium) Top level AA, IFS (International Featured Standards) high level.
In addition, our company has TSE, HALAL and KOSHER certificates.

Early Harvest Cold Pressed Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The green olives collected from the tree branches are double-washed
in the factory during the day and squeezed at 26 degrees to obtain
high quality natural extra virgin olive oil.
Early harvest cold pressed natural extra virgin olive oil has intense
fruity aroma and high polyphenol and antioxidant content. With the
cold squeeze technique, the benecial components are protected.

Natural Extra Virgin Olive OilExtra virgin olive oil is obtained from squeezing green and
ripe olives carefully collected from the tree. It has a softer
and lightly fruit aroma.

Natural Virgin Olive OilIt is a natural olive oil which has its own taste and smell
produced from ripe olives. it have plump and stronger aromas.

Rafined Olive Pomace OilRened olive oil is obtained by a second squeezing of the olive. It is ideal for fries and
meals. (Acid ratio maximum 0.3%)
Special Blended Olive Pomace OilIt is obtained by blending 50% natural olive oil in rened oil.This
olive oil is ideal for those who want to feel more intense fruit
avor. (Acid ratio maximum 0.5%)
Light Taste Olive Pomace OilIt is obtained by blending 20% natural olive oil into refined oil.This olive oil ideal for those who want to feel the light aroma of fruit. (Acid ratio maximum 0.5%)
Edremit Green OliveIt is obtained from Edremit type olives which is the best variety in table green olive production.
There are 2 types as cracked and scratched.
Gemlik Oily Saddle Black OliveThe best olives of the Gemlik region are obtained with a natural fermentation result by 'oily saddle'
method without using any preservative and additives.
