Forecasting has been the key to our success as a self-funded organization

• Annual needs analysis, includes standard offerings and identifies gaps
• Input from multiple stakeholders (HR, Business Leaders, Business Communities)
• Sets baseline for year/budget

• Monthly process, includes reconciliation of program budgets
• New programs (number of participants, cost, etc.)
