PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Crosbyton Clinic Hospital has requested a variance from the Texas Department of Health to op-erate their EMS service while not in compli-ance with the law. The variance, if approved would allow the provider to operate their emergency vehicles without meeting the minimum staffing requirement of at least two certified Emergency Care Attendants while responding to and transporting emergency patients. The hearing is scheduled to be held at the Crosbyton Clinic Hospital EMS Train-ing Room at 6pm on Thursday October 29th, 2020. The public is encouraged to attend
